Fully recommend googling "undervolting ampere geforce rtx 3080 hidden efficiency potential" and reading the guide on WCCFTech (sorry, can't post links). I now undervolt 818mv @ 1800mhz, and have seen a significant decrease in temps, an increase in performance, and zero stability issues in heavy RTX games such as Metro and Cyberpunk. Undervolting + OC can achieve you the same performance as stock or greater and reduce power draw by 30-50W, this is a win-win situation. See Section 5 and 5 to save yourself.
